Bruce Chops Events is built on decades of experience, absolute love of produce driven cooking and adaptability to ensure the  hospitality is given every time. We deliver end-to-end events with food that people remember — and events that feel calm, controlled and well run — because everything behind the scenes is planned and executed properly. 

We’re an independent, catering and events business working across Londonthe home counties and the Southeast, delivering everything from private dining and weddings to corporate events and large‑scale public festival catering.

Meet Bruce Chops 

Bruce Chops Events is led by Bruce Wilson, who brings over 25 years’ experience in catering and hospitality. 

Bruce’s background spans: 

  • Michelin‑starred restaurants 
  • Heading up the 7th Floor restaurant at Tate Modern and First Dates restaurant 
  • Corporate catering for brands including Sony Music, PlayStation and Pepsi 
  • Delivering major events such as Royal Ascot, the Grand Designs Live and Live Nation music festivals 

That breadth of experience means we understand more than food — we understand pressure, scale, timing, and reputation.
